If I make an order today at 12 pm when will I receive it?
Our dispatch service is automated to give speed and ease of dispatching orders big and small.
If the payment terms of your order have been followed and there are no special requests your order will be dispatched with one of our partner couriers listed here.
How do I pay for my order?
An account manager will give you your payment terms on the completion of opening a trade account.
Online: You can pay your invoices online at the checkout using one of our online payment merchants listed here*
BACs transfer: Simply pay your invoice using the payment details listed via your banking app, on your bank’s website or in your bank.*
Phone: Please have your card details ready and call one of our accounts team on +44 (0) 1773 438 377. Please quote your company name and invoice number*
* If we change our bank details or it is a first time payment please confirm our bank details over the phone before paying to minimalise fraud +44 (0) 1773 438 377. We will never call you to make payment over the phone.
Can I make a trade order to be dispatched to my customer?
Electric Jungle has a fully automated dropshipping platform where you can dispatch your orders directly to your customers via our portal available here
Dropshipping gives the retailer the option to hold minimal stock and dispatch items directly to the customer’s door saving transporting heavy boxes via public transport etc
Our drop shipping option is FREE to use and your account manager will give you your login details on completion of opening a trade account.

If my order comes damaged what do I do?
Please contact your account manager by email &/or phone within 48 hours of receipt so we can conduct a full investigation and replace the damaged stock.

Our PAL Group Warehouse has HMRC bonded status meaning no excise duty or VAT is due until the point of sale meaning we can ship items to countries outside the UK and not incure the UK import duty charges.
We can ship 1 item or 100 items to anywhere in the world, Due to the scale of work involved and flucuating international freight charges we would quote each shipment rather than having a price structure. please contact our sales representatives
Do I get a guarantee and/or warranty with my trade order?
